About my Start-up idea:-

Robot protection is an idea related to increase our border protection, save our soldier’s life using robots. Robots as a part of military can destroy enemy’s idea of attacking and can save our soldier life more effectively. This idea aims to build our nation safe so that people can feel safer at home that they never feel before.

It may seem like science fiction to envision a world in which robotic devices are commonplace, but it is more realistic than one might think. Robot is designed in such a way that if it is killing enemy with one hand then he can safe life of our people with other hand , I mean this robotics idea is not only meant for destruction , this can safe life as well according to situation. Robots that leverage artificial intelligence (AI) are already in use in a wide variety of markets and applications. In manufacturing, robots are used to increase productivity and streamline the production process. They are also used to reduce the need for human personnel in mundane and repetitive roles. This allows companies to shift people to more valuable and higher-paying positions, such as those found in customer service, marketing, operations, and management, to increase morale and enhance operations. Innovative solutions brought about by this Robotics idea will allow large entities to decrease the number of security personnel and to propel the tasks of security organization and maintenance to a brand new level.

For example, it would be costly, and perhaps unreasonable, to post a person at a utility site that is hundreds of miles away from a corporate facility. However, a robotic guard would be a perfect fit. There are also some toxic waste dumps where protection is needed, but a human presence is best avoided.

Robots can also be useful in more mundane jobs, such as working a late-night shift performing perimeter checks several times each hour. Redistributing such monotonous work frees human security guards to take on more strategic tasks, and saves employers health care, labor and insurance costs.

This idea will come up with various featured like:-

è Robotic police

è Robotic fire man(fire proof)

è Robotic drones(for medical purpose), etc..

Market Demand:-

The market was valued at USD 2.27 billion in 2019 and is expected to reach USD 3.59 billion by 2025, at a CAGR of 7.93%, over the forecast period (2020–2025). The inclusion of different sensors has also improved the capabilities of robots in analyzing their environment and providing more reliable data. This has significantly benefitted their incorporation in military devices. There are none or negligible robotic soldier or robot assistance is there in India, so it is a open market to take with a population of 1.3 billion. The current market demand on such technology is flat for now but with better implementation it can be one the largest growing market in India and in world as well.

Relevant Products in the market:-

Currently there is no considerably relevant product is there in Indian market that can be compared with Robotic guard, but it can be compared with the SMP Robotics’ S5 Security Robots. They are used for survey purpose (that any unofficial person do not enter in restricted area). My idea of robotic guard will also do the same thing but more over if needed they can attack , help the needy person , send report to main office about the unofficial person etc.

They can patrol the perimeter of corporate campuses or critical infrastructure sites to identify potential trouble spots; remove traditional guards from dangerous situations; detect individuals or vehicles in unauthorized areas; and integrate with existing sensors and systems to allow operators to gain new levels of intelligence and insight into situations.

Target Customers: -

In today’s generation, robots is the need of every country, every person to reduce human efforts, but my idea of robotic guard is to safe human life. Security robots can meet needs in many markets, but they are most valuable in large facilities, such as utility companies, oil and gas production sites, and education and corporate campuses. Robots deployed at these kinds of locales can patrol dangerous or hard-to-reach spots and provide surveillance of large areas more efficiently than human guards. As today every country want soldiers for border protection, firefighter etc, where human life is put in danger but my idea robotic guard will safe them as they are also used to reduce the need for human personnel in mundane and repetitive roles. As mentioned above, security robots use multiple sensors and bring the information together. Open-platform applications work together seamlessly to collect and analyze data. AI software is embedded to provide security officials with the ability to analyze the images captured by onboard cameras. The information gathered through this and other sensors on the robot is critical to the implementation of a comprehensive strategy and tactical response.

Additionally, through the use of advanced AI technologies, robots can “learn” their surroundings. They are initially programmed to navigate a particular route, but as they continue on this path numerous times, the robot can make adjustments. AI makes this possible by giving the robot the “brains” to engage with its surroundings. This approach has the potential to add significant value to patrols.

AI also makes it possible to recognize patterns within large amounts of collected data. In the case of robotics, this can include automatically searching through video surveillance feeds for anomalies. Security-based AI, however, is narrower in focus, executing certain defined tasks such as object recognition or navigation.

Advanced object recognition is what enables a robot to become a core part of the enterprise security team.

Leveraging this type of AI allows robots to identify when a human or vehicle is approaching a perimeter and then execute a set of procedures in line with an organization’s goals.

Solution: -

The solution for the problem in question is quite simple and can be easily explained. Whenever there is an emergency or any accident occur , we can access robotic guards , Then with the use of the AI and ML Technologies Its will find the shortest route a to reach the destination in least time.

Estimated Budget:-

The costs of this idea are highly related with the development of the Artificial Intelligence of the software. It will take some time to get the AI to the stage that I would want it for release, and the main costs required for the implementation and successful propagation of the idea would be–

Human Intellegence:-

Obviously, the first name on this list will be human intelligence and resources. We need to generate an AI strong enough to understand situation wheather robot should attack and quantity of attack require or situation is of medical attention.

If a one-time purchase of robots seems unpractical yet the prospects of their long-term operation are clear at the same time, robots can be purchased on leasing terms. In this case, leasing will be provided by a respected, world-class leasing agency. A minimal credit rate is included into the value of lease payments. Robotics can provide significant value in various applications. It is critical for enterprise organizations to weigh the costs and benefits of implementing this new and innovative technology to meet today’s and tomorrow’s business needs. As security robots continue to produce strong improvements to customers’ programs, they will become as ubiquitous as their human guarding partners.

Product Pricing:-

For initial launch, the idea is to let people know the product and understand its importance for their healthy safety. The registration will be free of charge and the charges on delivery will be started after 3 months of launch so that a minimum margin can be established by understanding the demand of the product if the demand is high a lower price band can suffice as lesser average cost will be incurred on the maintenance of the robots and software.

MILESTONES AND TIMELINE

1) By early-2021- we must develop our raw idea and work on the frameworks of the robot and on the AI application and the software which is to be installed in the drones

2) By late — 2021- we start production of the robot in small range for the beta test and the connect the network in major cities

3) By late-2022- I would like the product to be ready with its beta stage, and trials first in the major cities. The trials should not be conducted for longer than 6 months for detection of the accuracy, acknowledgement, quality of the product and the software.

4) By late-2023- when the beta stage successful than we will step toward the production of the robot at large scale and connect the networks all over there the country

5) By late-2024- I hope to have this idea implemented around the country and have attracted the attention of other countries as well. Then, we can hope to establish our idea globally

6) By early-2025- I would like to have implemented a global network with our offices in various countries around the globe.
